José Antonio Rubio Blanco, degree in Computer Science and Master in Information Technology and Computer Systems, is currently doing his PhD in the same area, specializing in the field of risk analysis.
He is Data Protection Responsible at the University Rey Juan Carlos, carrying out the implementation of regulations and standards relating to this field. On the other hand, he is Director of Communication and Institutional Relations at itSMF Spain, where also works as Coordinator of Cloud Computing, leading a community of Spanish experts in the field of governance and service management of Information Technology. Similarly is Coordinator of Critical Infrastructure Protection at ISACA Madrid.
He is a member of several Standardisation Technical Committees of AENOR, the Spanish Association for Standardization and Certification, where he leads the development of various standards in the field of computer security, as well as a review of several international ISO standards. Derived from this work he is co-author of the UNE 71506, about forensic analysis methodology of electronic evidence.
On the other hand, he is the author of several books and articles in the field of computer security, e-government and decision analysis. He has taught at several universities including the Rey Juan Carlos University and Complutense University of Madrid, being member of the Group of Analysis, Security and Systems where similarly performs research work.
