The Law Faculty has hosted the HEROES project first face-to-face meeting, led by the Complutense University, which brings together 26 other European, Asian and American organizations to fight against pederasty and trafficking on the Internet.
The HEROES project involves 17 countries in the prevention, investigation and assistance to victims of trafficking and pederasty. Focused on the protection of the victim, it will develop free open source tools and applications that complement the work of the police forces and social organizations.
The Complutense University of Madrid coordinates the European project HEROES, which will develop innovative technological tools, methodologies and strategies to combat the crimes of child sexual abuse and exploitation and human trafficking, and to protect victims.
A researchers group from the Complutense University is leading a seven million euro project with 21 organizations around the world to fight against pederasty and trafficking on the Internet.
